Selamat Hari Raya guys! Oleh kerana, saya dah berniat nak MC hari ini (since last 2 weeks dah bercita-cita), sebab-cuti-saya sudah-habis untuk kahwin, sekali tu betul2 MC 2 hari! aihhhhh I have to work today, malam nanti terus balik Kuala Selangor ;p

Tomorrow, we will be heading back to Johor. :)

Nadia is currently on MC for 2 days. First MC ever. ;( Last year, clean and clear tau. Advised by doctor, no more heavy work. no more angkat kad kahwin 3 ribu ;p

One injection for the pain. (memang lah tak tahan sakit!) and antibiotics for infections. Nadia is resting and healing. :|

Cerita di Hari Ahad

On Sunday, unexpected thing happen.

Meh nak cita, after had fun Saturday night. In my way back to Kuala Sngor for friend's wedding, suddenly I got flat tyre! Oh em gee. I never ever had experience for flat tyre! :( Dah lah tengah laju. so scaryyyyy, tak tipu! I baru je isi angin on Satuday. Tyre pecah.

I tak tauuu nak call siapa tauuu, *blank. I did call Plus, then operator said to me, 'you belum amek ticket, so we can't help you'. I dah start sedih, I mean, tolong je laaaa I betul2 nak dekat Toll dah and I'm alone ;(. ahaha I did cryyyyyyy. Yelah, you tepi jalan sorang-sorang, and kereta tak boleh jalan .

Then Fathi came as my saviour, thanks!!!! Masa I called him, I really hope, he's not in Dubai or Sri Lanka or somewhere else, eheee lucky me because he's flight esok pagi-pagi. aaa nasib baik tauuuuu. Thanks Fathi! sangat berterima kasih dan rasa bersalah suruh orang datang dan tukar tyre ;p a Groom-to-be ;) (yang honeymoon kat Maldives, jeles gila semua orang! I especially me ;p can you imagine the sand?)

and Cik Nadia pulang ke Kuala Selangor dengan selamat menggunakan tyre spare ;p Alhamdulillah.

They throw me 'so-called-kejutan' Bachelorette party last night. Everything is perfect! From foods, decorations, gifts and games. love love. I'm soooooo gonna miss them all :( :( sad .Pictures all with Betty's camera, I bawak mine, tapi dah lah blind folded and everything, so tak sempat nak bukak my camera pon, so after I get picture from Betty I'll post here ;)

Okay nak habaq kat sini, I managed to lost 19.4 lbs total up since I start my weight loss project back in August I guess. I hope I'll not gain back after because my wedding in 5 weeks. Happy Yeay! Penat tau nak kurangkan berat. :(

Deep Breath

I officially fully booked every weekend sampai la my wedding week. hah.. nak terpengsan dah. I just realize yesterday when Nirms asked me to get together for our last makan-makan before my wedding day. Susahhhnya nak cari date! Raya haji aka menghantar kad kahwin kepada sedara mara di Johor, SSF second round, B's engagement, yada yada. So wedding kawan2 perlu la squeeze kat mana2 ;)

My last day at work 2 weeks before am getting married. Yeay lots of things I can do! ;p ahaha ada orang cuti 3 minggu ye nak kahwin.

Semoga I kuatlah nak kahwin ni ye, banyak sangat line up things to do, even semua ikut jadual so far. But tak cukup tangan, ke sana sini, ibu cakap drive elok-elok, darah manis :)

Mahu mengurangkan Berat Badan?

Dukacitanya I failed. I managed to get until Day 5, then ada wedding la itu la ini la. Stop. Soooo 2 weeks after, I realize that my wedding in few weeks time. This isssssssssss my wedding! I need to lose lots of weight!

So I target for 11 days. So will be finish this Friday. Wish me luck people. But surprisingly I mampu untuk resist so many temptation.

I naik 4.5kg in 7 weeks, okay lets see what I ate. Raya's food for a week, open houses every week, Mc D lebih dari 10kali, KFC lagi, Pizza lagi, Ikea Meetball 3kali, Burger King lagi. Gila? mmg! sebab I mmg out of control! semuanya start Raya, bila u start tak jaga makan, and start eating all berlemak kind of food, u dead! ;p I mean u start to love back all the fat's taste melting in your mouth.

So Alhamdulillah, I lost all Raya's fats, so now my weight loss ticker is moving slowly, from 16 lbs before puasa to 16.8 lbs by today. I hope until Friday I can hit total weight loss 20 lbs. So next week I can start with healthy diet. It a must, to maintain and I need to drop few lbs slowly with light exercise and well balanced food.

I pernah drop 5kgs in 3 months with only jogging 2 hours everyday, okay whom I'm kidding? not jog, but walking ;p and with help South Beach Diet. Oleh kerana I kekurangan duit masa belajar, that's the best option to drop few kgs off. My concept in Losing Weight are if I spending more money to buy expensive product, better I tak makan, because my money will double up with product+eating. Noooo offend ye readers, all my close friends are using Herbalife, Usana, Mustika Ratu, Sendayu Tinggi, Jus Mate and so on, diorang pon tahu I macam tu, all products are working, seriously my friends lost 8kgs using Herbalife during puasa, Usana? u can read Reena or Shilashower's blog or Jusmate? one of my friend lost 4kgs in a month. Again, itu cuma itu my personal choice. Lain orang lain la kan? :D

Maybe after this friday I can start back South Beach Diet with skipping or any light exercise. For me, Master Cleanse is very good to in order to drop few kgs in DAYS! and to maintain, that's the hardest things to do. So for me, I will cut all carbs, white flour, fast foods, soda. :)

And my wedding pon in few weeks je kan? wish me luck people!!

Kad oh kad

Last Friday Aida from Kadkahwinku called me, said wedding card, banner and sticker all done, boleh amek dah.

I beriya nak pergi by today, tup tup Aida called balik said, diorang terlupa letak ribbon for each card. ;p so I yang dah bangun pagi bersiap untuk ambil kad ni, terpaksa cancel and masuk balik dalam selimut ;p ;p

Tapi she said, by friday I can collect 500 cards, banner and sticker. Yeay, sebab I dah janji with my dad nak bawak balik cards minggu ni kan ;p

Guests list exactly I tak tau berapa, but cards for my side 2500 ye, Azli's side 500 ;p (lelaki, tak buat besar-besaran).

I tak tau laaa 2500 ituuu siapa yang nak datang, sebagai anak yang baik I ikut je lah ibu ayahku itu! ;p Actually wedding ni, lebih banyak kawan2 parents dari pengantin kan? ;p

*Kad kahwin I not a big fancy wedding cards, biasa-biasa je, sebab, for me, I buang pon kad kahwin orang kasi lepas wedding kan? so kalau bagi RM10 satu card, tak kee 25ribu? ;p ;p Lastnya masuk tong sampah jua. Pengantin je yang pergi frame card tuuuu ;p

And khemah dah booked 10, and extra 2 khemah(untuk orang basuh pinggan yada yada) and pinggan mangkuk for only less than RM3000, murah kan? Poor my Azli, RM1700 for 5 khemah. Beza kan KL and Kuala Selangor? eheee lagi pon, kawan Ayah ;p
