Me, myself love to spend countless hours thinking about negative ideas, feelings, and experiences repeatedly. As example,"What am I doing with my life?".Syndrome known as "overthinking". It is causing me for sometime to end up sad, and maybe anxious, when comes to problems. I have trouble switching my mind off, anxieties and problems go round and round in my head and of course! I feel constantly besieged by life’s difficulties and fear that I can’t resolve them.
It is sucks! Imagine that u been trapped in, "I need a break man! let me out!!"
Maybe I should reduce my historical romance’s pleasure, like Ransom or The Bride, Oh! I couldn't put these book down! (Deeyyy!! It a must read! Seriously!) or chick lit series, Can You Keep a Secret? a romantic comedy makes me laughed so so much. Cut down my fashion's magazines, goggling pretty bags and shoes every month.
I need to start the thought and to manage negative self-talk and unproductive mental chatter, so highly recommend this book for myself. This book will probably be helpful and Nadia! changes your life!! hurrmm, need to add more Self-Help collections.
