still in the office, attending a course until Sunday. It is very tiring week I can say. Belum lagi, exam nanti. Monday will be working day as per usual. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa.. tekanan sungguh :p
So in a week, I managed to lose 2 pounds, which include daily jogging, strictly low carbs and high protein diet.

Seriously. He did say “your KPI”, I was like? Whattt???? And keep remind me every single day. As I always blame on him for my weight. Hello, I gained 9kgs when we were dating before he back to UK, 8 months dating je! And he was gained 15kgs! Then pufffff hilang when he back in UK! *Sob2, I yang tak turun2.
