KPI

It's Saturday,

still in the office, attending a course until Sunday. It is very tiring week I can say. Belum lagi, exam nanti. Monday will be working day as per usual. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa.. tekanan sungguh :p

So in a week, I managed to lose 2 pounds, which include daily jogging, strictly low carbs and high protein diet.

Azli said ‘Honey, well Spetember will be ur performance review okay? Your KPI to reduce 10kgs, kalau tak I tak beli tauuu, I want proof first’

Kejam tak? Hanye untuk sekeping Monogram Vernis or Epi Leather (well still thinking about it.) ituuuuu. Benciii tauuuuu :p

Seriously. He did say “your KPI”, I was like? Whattt???? And keep remind me every single day. As I always blame on him for my weight. Hello, I gained 9kgs when we were dating before he back to UK, 8 months dating je! And he was gained 15kgs! Then pufffff hilang when he back in UK! *Sob2, I yang tak turun2.

Azli actually very tired to hear all my naggings to reduce weights since century ago :p

I get myself a new digital scale! Semangat okay!!

Biggest Loser really wakes me up! Best tauuuu tgk! :p

  4. hahahhahahah...guess what??? me too have KPI! yeap...im not saying my company's but from my husband!!! hahahahhaha....seriously...my KPI lagie banyak dari u...mine is 20kgs!!! zamn ittttt!

    g vacation dah for sure tak diet...nie bru nak start balik ;(

    Aww-awww best nyaa! Btw, insyaAllah, kalau u betul2 on track, turun banyak nanti. i pun last 2 weeks pegi gym selalu, berat tak turun, but trn 1 inch kat waist and 0.5 inch kat thigh. i tak sabar nak cont pg gym lagi after habis exammmm :)

  6. Good luck! I think it's quite ok to have this KPI. Otherwise we get something too easily. Me & hubby pun still on work-reward system.

Biggest Loser ni penah dengar tapi tak penah tengok.Isshhkk teruk btoi ketinggalan ni.Dulu pernah diet minum air ribena je selama beberapa minggu.Ya, breakfast, lunch and dinner air ribena je.Turun banyak and cepat gila.Tapi pastu tak tahan ar.I skang dah lama tak control diet and baru ni kena sound dgn bf sbb asyik makan non stop.The only 'diet' yg berkesan for me is makan hati.Seriously.

  9. Maintain badan? haha... macam salah orang aje nak bagi advice. Anyway, I'm kind of watch what I eat. Cakes etc just for rewards. Fortunately, my nature of work makes me walk a lot. Jarang duduk setempat. I tak dok depan PC aje, move from lab to lab. Byk bergerak. Kat Stockholm naik public transport, so byk berkejar2.
    kat Malaysia pun I naik LRT gi kerja. mana yg ada tangga, I guna, instead of escalator or elevator.
    Alhamdulillah, masa kahwin, I got my ideal weight and shape. Bile tengok gambar lama, mcm best aje.
    Tapi now ni badan dah start naik jugak. Blame the age and metabolism..hehe!
