Post Master Cleanse

Okay, bencik, penat-penat nak update last Saturday, dengan penat-penat bawa laptop balik rumah, takde net pulak ;p

So, the last day of Master Cleanse I lost another 1.4lbs, after berjalan-jalan shopping ;p

I lost total of 13 lbs in 10 Days of Master Cleanse, equal to 5.9kg, lagi sikit nak 6kg kan? ;p

My body lighter than ever, rasa mmg light gila, macam boleh terbang angin, kih kih ;p tidak la kan.. bila tak makan, memang rasa light sgt.

Another advise, do some exercise, and you will loooossseeeee banyak sikit than me. Yes, if I do nothing, I just lost around 0.8 or 1 lbs, if I berpeluh, I will lost more than 1.4 lbs.

I so recommended this to everyone, untuk sesiapa berminat utk start to lose weight. Because after you lost that amount of weight, you will start to eat healthy, no more unhealthy food, you cepat kenyang even just minum air berbuka.

But, we'll see how my progress ya? baru 3rd day of Ramadhan, saya akan timbang every Saturday, make sure I will not put on weight back! ;) and to make sure that this diet will not put you on weight easily back! :D

Tapi syioookkkkk tengok ticker itu bergerak, and another 18lbs je pon nak capai KPI! :D

  2. Ahhhh senang hati sangat bila banyak berat u turun. Sebab bila dah turun, motivasi naik, mesti u lagi semangat kan? :) chaiyok darling! Yup, true! Eat healthy. Last year wpon i tak kuat makan nasi, i makan those fried/fast food. Then azam i kuat, i ubah cara pemakanan shj and turun almost 8kgs selama 9 months. Mesti lepas ni kuantiti makanan pun u ambil sikit je. :)

    Aida: memang, i pon tak kuat makan nasi! tapi tue la fast food ni mmg fast fat betul laaa ;p ;p bagus, sebulan satu kg eh? goooodddd! :D
