Losing extra fats!

Yeayyyyyy 7.2kg lost after 5(hell)weeks! hahahaha honestly I dah malas gila-gila nak jogging. But, Azli's dragged me still. Dia paksa jalan 10km after he went back from office, at least jalan je, hold hands, chatting, takdelah membesarkan bontot je kat rumah kan? ;p Sebab, dia malas dah nak denga I membebel dah gemoks and  takmau I stop half way ;p ;p

Poor my laling, dia pon terpaksa mengamalkan hidup sihat dengan I, hehehe sumpah, this is heaviest weight I ever ever experienced! maybe tak pernah duduk time Winter and baru lepas kahwin, still honeymoon period kan, sooo semua rase besttt je, makan makan, then balik Msia in April, wedding every weeks, makan lg, lama tak dapat fastfood and ibu masak, makan lg.

Long long journey, baru je habis 7.2kg, lagi 7.8kg to go, at least I nakkkkkkk turun another 3 or 4kgs before puasa, during puasa month another 4 or 5kgs, boleh ke? yakin bolehhhhh!! sebab puasa nanti, buka pukul 9?? oh nooo ;p ;p if not, just 5kgs before balik Raya pon okay la, I takut time raya, I akan makan tak ingat dunia! ;p ;p hahaha pastu balik UK balik, Winter all over again, oh myyyyyyy! ;(

Penatnyaaaaaa losing weight ni, sooooooo conclusion, jangan naik banyak sangat ye sampai 10kgs for less than a year!

I combined Southbeach Diet with Jogging (at least just walk), I'll write down entry how's Southbeach Diet works and my daily meals macam mana ye ;) tomorrow la, I took all pictures today! ;)

    Since your last entry on SouthBeach Diet, I dah googled the info and plan to give it a try. Cumanya...I'm kind of stuck bila nak fikir apakah menu yg healthy with all the permitted foods? Please share it Dear...sharing is caring..hehe :-)

  2. babe jadi la mcm i. belasah semua food n pakai premium beautiful @ d same time so..d moment u mkn all d good food tu...u masih dpt rasa nikmat makanan..masuk perut...PB bakar all ur lemak immediately n ur metablolism increased. tats my lil secret which is not secret anymore ;). jom amik dr i..hehehe
