Day 4

Day 4 - Lost another 0.8kg. Total 3.1kg. another 6days to go.

Haihhhh cepatlah masa berlaluuuuuu.. craving for fooooodddd... asik bermain di kepale je.. kuatkan lahh iman kuuu.. ;p turun lah banyak sikittt... I nak makan raya haji, ketupat, lemang, rendang... hadoi! :p ;p ;p

  2. I lost 6kgs previously with southbeach diet+jogging. but this time around I use Master CLeanse babe, I love southbeach sbb I still boleh makan! :) and 5 times a dayyy! kan? :) good luck babe!
